• Ready-to-ship sculptures: Usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.

• Personalised Mini Guinea Pigs: Usually take 2-4 weeks to create before dispatch.

• Custom Guinea Pig Sculptures: Usually take approximately 2-3 months to create before dispatch. The exact timescale depends on the complexity of the sculpture and will be discussed and agreed when placing your order.

If you're ordering a personalised or custom sculpture, please refer to the estimated timescale provided in the listing or agreed during the ordering process.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

• UK: Usually 2–3 working days.

• International orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service. Estimate delivery time is 1-3 weeks.

Please bear in mind that international parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive due to customs processing or postal delays.
