Return Policy

Custom & Personalised Sculptures:
Because of the nature of these sculptures being made to order, I cannot accept returns.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, after that if the customer decides that they no longer want the item, there will only be a partial refund or no refund if the sculpture is already baked.

Ready-to-Ship Sculptures:
If you change your mind about a ready-to-ship sculpture, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item.

Once you've notified me, you have 14 days to send the item back, but please send the item back as soon as possible.

Return postage:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. I recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please ensure the sculpture is securely packaged and returned in its original condition, allowing for reasonable handling to inspect the item.

Condition of returned items:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and carefully packaged.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and quality, I reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds:

Once I have received your return, I'll issue your refund within 7 days.
