How do I care for my sculpture?

Accepted Answer

To ensure longevity of the sculptures, please keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and very humid conditions as this can cause the colour to fade or yellow overtime. It is safe to wipe the sculptures with a dry/damp cloth - please don't use chemicals to clean them.

Do you offer custom/personalized orders?

I love sculpting custom and personalised sculptures! Whether it's one of my more expensive custom pet sculptures or mini personalised guinea pig figurine, I will be in touch to ask more details and photos of your furry friend.

Question 3

What is the process for custom sculptures?

Accepted Answer

I will send you update photos once your pet is sculpted but not baked to make sure you are happy with it, and then again when the sculpture is painted (custom pet sculptures).

Do you have a return/cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For any made-to-order products (custom/personalized), there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. After that if you decide you no longer want the item, there will only be a partial refund or no refund if the sculpture is already baked.

How long before sculptures are ready & dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Pre-made sculptures are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Personalised Mini Guinea Pigs take from 2 weeks - the creating time depends on how many orders I'm working on. For custom made sculptures time varies depending on the size and complexity of the sculpture. They usually take around 6-8 weeks. Approximate processing time will be given during initial conversation.

What is your shipping policy?

Accepted Answer

UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 48, next day upgrade is available. International orders take 1-2 weeks for Europe, 2-3 weeks for US and Canada. UPS courier upgrade is available at checkout. Custom Pet Sculptures are dispatched with Next Day Guaranteed Delivery in the UK, and Express Courier Internationally.

What are the sizes of your sculptures?

Accepted Answer

The Mini Guinea Pig Sculptures are approximately 7cm x 4cm x 2 cm for sleeping ones, 7cm x 4cm x 3cm for standing ones. Please keep in mind that the measurements can vary by 1 cm, as each figurine is individually sculpted. For the arranged Mini Guinea Pigs, please check individual listings. Custom Pet sculptures are 9cm tall - if the pet is sculpted sitting or standing. The exact measurements will vary depending on the pose.

Question 8

A piece detached in transit, what can I use to fix it?

Accepted Answer

In the unlikely event of piece(s) detaching in transit, you can use glue to attach it back - I recommend using Loctite Super Glue Ultra Gel.

Question 9

Do I have to pay United States Tariffs?

Accepted Answer

No. Original art including like these sculptures are exempt from Tariff fees. There's a 'handling' fee in place which I will cover when buying the shipping. Couriers have higher 'handling' fees, and the upgraded shipping price includes the extra cost.
